Q: Are there any upfront costs required?
Yes. There is a small, one-time membership fee associated with each level of technology. This single payment is for both hearing aids and ranges from $900 at the entry-level, $1,300 at the standard level, and $1,700 for the premium level of hearing technology. This fee will not be required for renewing members as part of their upgrade.
Q: How is Payment Taken?
Your low monthly payment is made through an automated debit from your account, so you never have to worry about missing a payment! The first installment will be due at the end of your first appointment in the form of a check.
Q: What is included in the service plan?
Our worry-free service program is designed to take care of any repairs, adjustments, or loss/damage needs that our patients have during the course of their membership! The plan’s features are as follows:
- Remote programming so you can enjoy adjustments from your clinician in the comfort of your own home
- Full warranty coverage, meaning you’re always covered for repairs, including things we can’t fix in-house. Loss & Damage coverage included as well!
- Pre-programmed loaners for extended repairs (so you never have to go without hearing!)
- Free adjustments & cleanings
- Delivery service available* to compliment your busy schedule. We will come to you, pick up your hearing aids in need of repair/give you a pair of loaners programmed to your specific loss, and bring them back without you having to lift a finger

Q: Are there any opportunities to upgrade?
Absolutely! The plan is designed so that each member has the opportunity to upgrade into the latest technology every three years for no additional cost. All you have to do is turn in your current set of hearing aids, be fit with the latest technology we have available at your membership level, and continue making the same monthly payment!
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
No, since your agreement is totally between you and us, there are no hidden fees, interest, or balloon payments. You’re only responsible for the one-time membership fee and monthly subscription cost.
